New humbucker in the Lord Guitar Pickups lineup, the Hyper LAF. Where the LAF is my PAF style, the Hyper LAF is my take on the humbucker design that a lot of players were replacing their stock PAFs and T Tops with back before everyone had overdrive pedals. 14k bridge pickup overwound with thinner coil wire, big ceramic bar magnet, hex polepieces. It’s a recipe as old as time, or at least the mid 1970s. This one is paired with a LAF neck and is headed for my next build, coming very soon! #lordguitars #lordguitarpickups #humbucker #humbuckerpickups
