I really enjoy giving a second life to vibey vintage guitars – Teiscos, Harmony’s, Silvertones, Kays, Guyatones, and whatever other oddballs find their way into the mix. I turn these old, often neglected instruments into great players and tone machines, at a price point for players on a budget (rebuilds start at $950 with gig bag and spec sheet/signed COA).

My rebuild process includes a fretboard plane and refret, bone nut, new hardware, new or rewound vintage pickups, new electronics, and handmade pickguards. Rebuilds end up sounding great, looking cool, and feeling broken in, yet functioning like brand new guitars thanks to quality parts, old wood, and the work that is done on each.

Rebuilds are available from me directly (view available stock here) or in stock at Old Truck Guitars in Clinton, MA. Rebuild services are also available for customer-provided guitars; cost and scope of work for this option will vary on an individual basis.
